Your work identity and learning record

Microsoft 365 verifies your All Pro work account. This app stores your name, email, directory identifiers, job title, assigned paths, lesson activity, answers and results. Brandon, the training manager, can review progress, assign paths and manage app access. Management changes are audited. This does not change your Microsoft account.

Optional AI voice coach

The coach uses a synthetic voice. Your microphone starts only when you press Start. Voice is processed by ElevenLabs. Do not share customer information, job addresses, passwords, or other private details. All Pro Academy does not store conversation recordings or transcripts. The agent is configured with audio recording off and zero-day scheduled conversation retention; this is not a guarantee of immediate deletion. Usage records are kept for 30 days. End or close the coach to release the microphone.

Learning checks do not replace supervisor sign-off, current manufacturer instructions, licensing, jobsite requirements, or qualification to perform hazardous work.
